How GiveawayGoose collects, uses, and protects your information, including CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state privacy rights. We collect what we need to run the sweepstakes, contact winners, and send the emails you agree to at sign-up.
What we collect
Account email and password hash. Entry records (which giveaway, when). Winner shipping details, only when you win and only to ship the prize. Standard server logs and cookies as documented in the Cookie Policy.
Emails we send
Service emails (verification codes, entry status, winner notifications) and — for members and subscribers — marketing emails with new giveaways, freebies, and occasional offers from our affiliates, sent by us or on our behalf. We never sell or rent your email address. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, or export your data, and opt out of sale or sharing. We respond within 45 days.
